World Energy Outlook 2009--International Energy Agency
The 2009 edition of the World Energy Outlook (WEO),was released on 10 November and it provides updated projections thattake into account the implications of the global credit crisis, theeconomic slowdown and the recent slump in the prices of oil and otherforms of energy. It also presents in-depth analysis of three specialtopics:
- Financing energy investment under a post-2012 climate framework
- Prospects for global natural gas markets
- Energy trends in Southeast Asia

This 2009 edition analyses what the economic crisis willmean for energy markets and how the transition to a clean global energysystem can be financed.
