我的评论：该杂志目标是帮助高级经理了解主要的经济、社会、政治和技术（PEST）是如何影响组织的成功；保持与发展高级主管的一般管理理论和实践；培育新的思维与决策经验，从而提高企业的核心竞争力。为此，每篇论文必须要双盲，且聘用英国著名大学的教授及国际知名学者为评审专家以确保高水准的文章。

我的评论：  会计学三大顶尖期刊之一，由会计学泰斗Watts和Zimmerman创刊。目前大陆的学者只有上海财经大学的夏立军教授在上面发表了一篇，发表以后，夏老师直接由讲师提为教授，可见该期刊的分量！
