报告题目:Exploration and application of advanced multi-phase materials for bipolar electrets with high piezoelectric sensitivity

报告内容:The demand for advanced functional materials in transducer technology is growing rapidly. Piezoelectric materials transform mechanical variables (displacement or force) into electrical signals (charge or voltage) and vice versa. They are suitable for a large range of existing or conceivable applications in e.g. non-destructive testing, medical imaging, ultrasonic sensors for ocean exploration. A charge-spring model for multi-phase piezoelectric materials is introduced, which sheds light on the requirements for a desired piezoelectric material. As a new paradigm of multi-phase piezoelectric material, cellular polymer ferroelectrets combine the respective advantages of piezoelectric ceramics (high piezoelectricity) and polymers (mechanical compliance and flexibility), and therefore have attracted tremendous interest in the field. In this talk, the techniques for preparing such polymer foams, the mechanisms of charging and of the resulting piezoelectricity of ferroelectrets are presented. In addition, some examples of relevant applications are demonstrated.

报告人简介:

邱勋林博士现为德国开姆尼茨工业大学打印与媒体研究所研究员,IEEE和DEIS、德国物理学会、德国电气、信息技术协会会员。曾担任第十届国际固体电介质会议出版委员会主席,2015和2016中德双边先进材料及传感应用研讨会组织委员会分会场主席。以第一作者和通讯作者发表包括Appl. Phys. Lett (7篇), J. Appl. Phys.(5篇)在内的期刊论文22篇,其中在J. Appl. Phys.发表特邀综述封面文章1篇。论文被引用1029次,合著学术专著2部,发表会议论文41篇,h-index 17。曾获德国勃兰登堡州聚合物科学特别奖。
